No customer shipping labels, buyer addresses, phone numbers, order amounts, or GSTINs ever leave your device.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

When using SmartLabelCrop.in to crop shipping labels or generate warehouse picklists, we do not receive, store, transmit, or inspect any of the following:

Customer Personally Identifiable Information (Buyer Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number, PIN Code).
Marketplace financial records (Tax Invoices, Item Pricing, Discount Codes, Declared Values, GST Breakdown).
Supplier credentials or access tokens (No passwords or seller account logins are ever requested).
Original or cropped PDF documents and Excel order files.

2. Local Browser Storage (IndexedDB & Dexie.js)

To provide critical operational safeguards such as preventing duplicate printings of shipping parcels, SmartLabelCrop stores minimal operational tokens strictly inside your browser's local sandbox:

30-Day Duplicate AWB Memory: Local non-PII cryptographic hashes of tracking AWBs to alert you if an identical parcel was already printed within the past 30 days.
SKU Rack / Bin Mapping: If you upload a custom warehouse SKU-to-Rack CSV, the mapping pairs are stored locally on your machine for future batch printings.
UI Theme Preference: Stores your chosen display mode (Light or Dark) in localStorage.

This data never synchronizes with any remote server and can be purged immediately by clicking "Clear Batch" or clearing your browser cookies and site storage.
